Experience with visual coaching formats on competences related to project management and leadership

In this session Erik Månsson (ICF certified coach and Master Degree in Applied Coaching) will share his experience of using visual coaching templates in different professional coaching context. The competences coached have been both at individual level (based on the IPMA Individual Competence Baseline ICB) and at team/project level (based on the IPMA Project Excellence Baseline). Participants will also be invited to a workshop where they will get practical experience of a group coaching format on one selected IPMA ICB4 People competence.
