Associate professor at the Cracow University of Economics, with a post-doctoral degree of economic science in the discipline of management science.
She conducts lectures, classess and trainings on topics suh as: strategic management, project team management, human resource management, basics of organisation and management.
Additional activity
Acting as an expert, she participated in the development of research grants and economic projects in manufacturing and service enterprises in the field of employment restructuring, organizational structure improvement, preparation of organizational regulations, job evaluation, competency profiles assessment, employee evaluation.
From 2015 she is a member of the experts’ team for the evaluation of projects implemented as part of European programs. In this respect, she works as an expert with the Ministry of Investment and Economic Development, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
Publications
She is an author of several dozen publications that relate to issues of strategic analysis, competence, controlling and logistics.
