He graduated in physics at the Jagiellonian University (1978) and in organization and management at the Cracow University of Economics (1980). Since 1980, he has been conducting classes, including in negotiations, company theory, corporate governance, strategic management, project management.

He is a member of several international scientific organizations and the author of papers published in Poland and in English as well as Chinese, Danish, Spanish and Turkish. He was on internships and gave lectures in several countries.
