Food safety assurance and management systems (GMP,/GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000). International standards of food quality and safety for retailers network suppliers (IFS, BRC). Quality management in food industry. Satisfaction and preferences research of bistro bars customers. Risk analysis in quality management systems and food safety assurances systems.

Teaching activities

Documentation and auditing of quality systems. TQM and branch quality systems. Food safety management systems. Quality management systems in hotel and food services management. Quality systems engineering. Improvement and integration of the quality management systems.

Publications

Author of numerous publications in the field of standardized management systems (GMP / GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001), risk management and circular economy. He participated in several dozen of international and national scientific conferences.
