Sociologist, adjunct professor at the Cracow University of Economics and the Centre for Evaluation and Analysis of Public Policies at the Jagiellonian University.

Scientific and research activities

Manager and expert in projects in the field of labour market and intellectual capital public policies (with particular emphasis on Higher Education sector). Author of numerous diagnoses of education systems and public policies evaluations. She is the coordinator of cross-sectional research in one of the largest projects monitoring the changes in the structure of competences on the labour market – The Study of Human Capital in Poland.

Research interests

The main scientific interests: competency needs and gaps and responsiveness of the education system, transition from schools to work, evaluation of educational policies (including interventions in the area of competences in Higher Education), methodology of social research.
