Magdalena Gorzelany-Dziadkowiec, PhD

Graduated from the Cracow University of Economics (1992-1997 in Economics, Entrepreneurship and Innovation). PhD (“Competitive position as an element of strategic management in the sector on the example of the development sector of the Małopolska region)” – 2006, economics in the field of management sciences, Institute of Economics, Cracow University of Economics.

She works with many small businesses, especially with their family as their consultant. She has held one-month internship at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria.

Research interests

competitiveness of organizations, the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises, including the resource approach (both material and non-material resources).

She is also interested in the development of organizations, cities and regions, and change management. roles of information systems, incentive systems, modern management methods, modern technologies, innovation and entrepreneurship in the development of enterprises.

Publications

She is the author of many publications on: factors of enterprise competitiveness, use ICT systems in municipal management, innovative processes in the municipality, customer prospects in the municipality, CRM. She is an author and co-author of 35 articles in magazines and 25 chapters in monographs, 2 handbooks (scripts), 1 monograph publications (in Polish and English). She participated in 42 conferences in Poland and abroad.
