PhD in Economics

Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics and Organization of Enterprises at the Cracow University of Economics.

Research interests

She conducts research in the field of functioning and development of small and medium-sized enterprises, with particular emphasis on rural entrepreneurship and instruments for its activation, as well as rural development policy. 

Publications

She has published as an author or co-author about 40 scientific publications. She is a contractor in national and international research projects, including: “SALSA:  Small farms, small food businesses and food security” – European Commission-funded H2020 project (2016-2020), „ARDENT: Advancing Rural Development through Entrepreneurship Education for Adults”  – project implemented under the EU programme Erasmus+ KA2, Rev4.0 – Socio-economic consequences of the fourth industrial revolution (WP: Development resources of the new economy) – project financed under the programme “Regional Initiative of Excellence” by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Poland.

In the years 2015-2019, she was awarded the prize of the Rector of the Cracow University of Economics five times for her scientific activity.
