Scientific activity
He is an expert in evaluating decision making units, especially with respect to Bayesian stochastic frontier analysis. He received award from the President of the Polish Central Bank winner for his Ph.D. dissertation and several stipends for his research. He was a Bluebook trainee at the Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy as well as a graudate assistant and, few years later later, as a visiting professor at Grand Valley State University, USA.
Research projects
Principal investigator in projects funded by the Polish National Science Centre (PRELUDIUM 1, OPUS 16) and Ministry of Science and Higher Education (BMN). Project expert in projects funded by the European Union and Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
Publications
His articles have been published in high-profile international journals, such as The Energy Journal, Economic Modelling, Empirical Economics, Outlook on Agriculture. He has also reviewed for a number of prestigious international journals (e.g., Journal of Applied Econometrics, Economic Modelling).
Research topics
His current research is focused on developing generelized framework for Bayesian stochastic frontier analysis and on its application in evaluating electric energy distribution sector in Poland.
