Scientific activity mainly concerns the public sector, in particular its contact with the private sector and the effectiveness of functioning mechanisms and structures of public administration in Poland and abroad.
Research projects
Principal investigator or co-investigator of 3 financing projects financed by the National Science Center (Preludium and OPUS). He participates also in research related to social economy, water policy, cicular economy and energy policies financed by national funds (Gospostrateg) and foreign sources (EU).

Author or co-author of over 30 publications, including well known publications (eg.Routledge), cited over 150 times, h-index 8 (according to Google Scholar).

He is currently conducting research in the areas of energy policy, circular economy and water policy.
