Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics. Doctor of Economic Sciences in the discipline of management science. He is an employee of EUK in Cracow in the Department of Organization Development at the Institute of Economics.
Research interests
His scientific interests are related to the issues of the organisation’s development strategy and strategic management, including: shaping the company’s competence profile, the importance of strategic leadership in the creation of the company’s value and corporate social responsibility and integrated management concepts.
Publications
The author and co-author of over 60 scientific articles and textbooks published, among others, by PWN.
Additional activities
She participated in such projects as: Malopolska Educational Cloud, Summer School of Polish Language and Culture. For many years she has been cooperating with the business practice in the field of organizational consulting, preparation of reports and strategic analyses.
She is a member of the Polish Economic Society and the Scientific Society of Organization and Management.
