Scientific and research activities

Economist, political scientist, author and co-author of over thirty scientific articles and chapters in monographs in the field of public policy analysis, public management, public choice theory and new institutionalism. In 2018 he published a book in Polish titled “Political Institutions and the Budget Process. Counteracting the tragedy of the fiscal commons” (Scholar Publishing House). 

Participant of over 10 national and international research and implementation projects. Winner of the 5th Edition of the Professor Wacław Wilczyński Polish National Competition for the best doctoral dissertation in economics. 

He teaches subjects related to public administration, public finance and public management for UEK students.

Scientific interests

Scientific interests include, among others the following issues: public choice theory, New Institutional Economics, public policy analysis, analysis of bureaucracy, law and economics. As a member of the team he is responsible for coordinating and research activities.
