Research interests

His research focuses on real estate economics, real estate management and public finance.

Additional activities

He is a scholarship holder of the American program James R. Webb Foundation of the American Real Estate Society and member of the European Real Estate Society (since 2005). He is also a member of the editorial board of two scientific journals: The World of  Real Estate Journal and Entrepreneurial Business and Economics Review (journal indexed, among others, in the Web of Science and Scopus), additionally holding the function of an online editor.

He is reviewer in many international journals, including: Sustainable Cities and Society, Journal of Corporate Real Estate, Lex localis – Journal of Local Self-Government,  Sustainability and Real Estate Management and Valuation.

Publications

Author and co-author of over 40 papers in Polish and international journals for instance in Journal of European Real Estate Research, Equilibrium, Quartely Journal of Economics and Economic Policy, Sustainability, Entrepreneurial Business and Economics Review, The New Educational Review, Real Estate Management and Valuation, Actual Problems of Economics, Journal of International Studies and Central European Economic Journal.

He has teaching experience in both Polish (for instance Cracow University of Technology of Tadeusz Kościuszko, Ignatianum Academy) and international universities (for instance Narxoz Business Scholl in Kazakhstan and Vienna University of Economics and Business).
