habilitated doctor of economic sciences in the discipline of management sciences, professor at the Cracow University of Economics in the Department of Public  Policies.

A graduate of the Cracow University of Economics (1982) and Harvard Business School (1993). Fulbright scholarship holder (1996). Expert of the Scientific Society of Organization and Management (since 1993).

Research interests

socio-economic negotiations, negotiation processes in the organization, improvement (diagnosis and design) of structures and processes of enterprise and public organization management, relationship and value management, resolution of organizational conflicts as well as change management and development

Additional activity

He participated in the implementation of several dozen scientific and research projects as well as expert opinions and consulting projects, mainly in the field of improving organizational structures  of enterprises and other institutions. He also gained practical experience as a member of supervisory boards of enterprises.

He also has significant didactic achievements, especially in the field of using active learning methods. He conducted a number of training sessions for practitioners, primarily on negotiation and conflict management.

Author (co-author) of over 250 publications.

Hobbies: negotiations, moral literature, rock music, exotic cuisine.
